Fabrefaction Theatre (MAP)
The often complex relationship between fathers and sons — gay and otherwise — is explored in the AGMC’s next iteration of choral theatre. Real-life stories of the AGMC are woven with music in a multimedia event that celebrates the love, challenges and bonds that exist in these special and sometimes tenuous relationships. Once again, the AGMC offers a dramatic performance you can’t experience anywhere else! This performance contains adults themes and language and may not be suitable for those under 13 years of age.
June 27-28, 2014 – ATLANTA GAY MEN’S CHORUS
She’s a mother, a daughter and she’s a sister to the gay community. To call her an icon is just not enough. Cher has simply been there for gay men when they needed her, and her biggest fans have always given back. There’s nothing half-bred in this concert. It’s 100-percent diva – the epitome of glamour and stardom. Be there when the AGMC dons its Cher-wear and performs her most popular songs in a stunning musical and visual tribute.
