Keep on Singing
January 23-24 | Druid Hills Presbyterian Church
The Atlanta Women’s Chorus begins its second season by taking a look at why it sings and examining music that speaks to the heart. Hear personal stories interwoven with music that honors heroines, as well as music that inspires the women of the AWC.
(Un)Sung Heroes with special guest Matt Alber
March 20-21 | Druid Hills United Methodist Church
Singer/songwriter Matt Alber joins the AGMC in a stirring and intimate performance of music by LGBT composers and performers. Alber is a rising star in LGBT music, having performed at Lincoln Center, across the US, and most recently in Moscow. Alber is one of many musical heroes to be honored in this unprecedented series of performances.
Good Girls Gone Bad

From fairytale princesses to Broadway villains to the naughty girls of rock and pop! There is a little bit of all women in each of the female characters recognized by the AWC in this fun romp through classic and popular music. It’s sure to bring out both the good side and the bad, as the women of the AWC let down their hair for this special event.
Men in the Mirror
June 19-20 | Druid Hills Presbyterian Church
The AGMC revisits classical and traditional choral literature for male voices: from Russian standards and Georgian folk music to classic and contemporary music by composers who have mastered the art of composing for the unmistakable sound of a polished male ensemble. Quite simply, this is the AGMC at its finest—and never lacking for a sense of humor.
